Delivery + Returns


UK: Once dispatched parcels take 2-5 working days as standard using the Royal Mail 2nd class service.

Rest of the world: Currently unavailable 


UK: £10 or less: £1.85, £10-£40: £4.50, £40+: Free

Please note that our postage charges may change as they are directly reflective of the increases of the prices we are charged by the Royal Mail. We do not profit on your parcels and wish we could offer a cheaper price point to best help our customers.

Wrong/Incomplete Delivery Address

If you notice or suspect that you have made an error in your delivery address, contact must be made immediately before your order is dispatched. If we have had no contact resulting in your parcel going missing we will not be able to refund your order. 

In addition, if your address is incomplete or incorrect once submitted and we do not hear from you prior to the dispatching of your parcel. Your parcel shall be sent out and hopefully returned to the sender (us). If this is the case due to exceedingly high costs charged by the Royal Mail we cannot take responsibility for the redelivery of your parcel and so a second delivery charge will be required. In this circumstance if you would prefer a refund, you shall be entitled to a refund for your product and not your postal charge. 

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you. 

Damaged Pieces

Accidents happen and so if you receive any damaged or faulty goods then get in touch at with as much information and we may ask for a photograph of the issue. This must be sent within 14 days of delivery. Anything after the 14 days will not be the responsibility of AVMS Art (excluding genuine print or production error)

Change of Mind/Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time from the moment of purchase, to up to 14 days after the date you receive your goodies. If your order has not yet been dispatched, your refund will be processed in-full, as soon as possible. Depending on your bank and your payment method, refunds can take 3-9 working days.

If you receive your item and find it is not to your taste or simply want to cancel, pop an email over to to let us know what you would like to send back. Please wrap it up securely (in its original packaging). We'll provide our details for the return.

Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect/faulty. Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the return, providing it is in a saleable condition. Refunds can take 3-9 working days to appear in your account.
